We're looking for a strategic, creative and technical leader who has led digital experience or digital marketing teams and is deeply passionate about showcasing Aotearoa as a world-class visitor destination.
Our channels are critical to the success of Tourism New Zealand's arrivals growth ambitions and this role will lead the team that is responsible for the digital product experience of the 100% Pure New Zealand brand, for international consumer audiences (newzealand.com/int).
You will work at the intersection of Global Marketing, Digital Product and Digital Analytics to deliver enterprise-level initiatives, at a global scale and be a driver of our digital experience roadmap across content, campaigns and various enterprise-wide projects.

This is a leadership opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic digital experience marketer who has:
- Digital marketing experience: website management and/ or web content management experience including marketing and developing digital product or content strategy for campaigns and enterprise-scale sites.
- Content & Experience Design: delivery of content, digital marketing and experience design solutions.
- Product ownership/ management: demonstrated understanding and experience of digital product ownership at an enterprise-scale.
- Experience in strategy: product vision in line with the business strategy
- Experience in digital SDLC: requirements, design, CX/UX and software development.
- Experience with data-driven decisions: data, metrics and reporting to guide decisions.
- Enterprise backlog management: creating, prioritising and managing.
- Previous People management experience, including senior stakeholder management, working in a matrix environment and influencing cross-functional teams.
