At Te Whatu Ora MidCentral, we're committed to maintaining the highest standards in clinical record management. We're looking for a dedicated Digitisation Bureau Operator to join our team and help us transform paper records into secure, digital formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan and digitise clinical records
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
- Verify the quality of scanned images and correct any issues
- Maintain organised digital files for easy retrieval
- Operate and maintain scanning equipment
Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
About You:
We are seeking someone who meets the following criteria:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection standards
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
