What you’ll be doing: 

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll report to the Dispatch Manager and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered efficiently. You’ll be the main point of contact for dispatch operations in the Australian market, helping to maintain the company’s reputation for outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and manage the dispatch of customer orders, including scheduling and tracking 
  • Communicate order status updates to customers and internal teams 
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries 
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues 
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatched orders 
  • Identify and suggest improvements to dispatch processes 
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
