We are currently recruiting an experienced Duty Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality venue specialising in high-end events and private functions as well as a la carte service. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing service or events and leading a team.

The Role

- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling
- Support training and onboarding of new staff
- Supervise and coordinate staff across daily operations and events
- Ensure compliance with the Sale & Supply of Liquor Act
About You
We're looking for a confident, service-driven individual with a strong background in hospitality operations, ideally within a venue that hosts events or large-scale functions. To be successful you will need to have:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and event-based rosters
- Current Duty Managers Certificate
