Dynamics365 Functional Consultant - 12mth FTC

The Dynamics365 Functional Consultant / Dynamics365 Technical Business Analyst position is a specialist position with the purpose of delivering configured solutions for our customer that are high quality, robust, secure, scalable and efficient.

The Dynamics365 Functional Consultant will understand requirements and configure platforms used by our internal and external customers through a combination of project and support work. They will be able to determine the capability of the platform and decide whether the requirement can be met with a focus on configuration, not code.
 
Skills and Experience required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant or as a technical analyst, preferably using D365 and Power Platform.
• Is comfortable facilitating requirements gathering sessions.
• Has an ability to understand interconnected systems and how to enhance their functionality through automated processes.
• Has demonstrated experience in working and integrating with SaaS products.
• Agile delivery methodology/experience is desired.

Critical areas of success

• Capture functional user requirements and configure within the platform.
• Help customers define requirements down to minimal viable product.
• Provide demos and other forms of support to end users as appropriate.
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve the overall service provided by the Functional Consulting capability.
• Actively seek to produce value by building the right thing to provide the right business outcomes.
• Support and guide less experienced members of the team.
• Produce high level design documentation as required, utilising our customers approved standards and patterns.
• Produce and maintain documentation and as-built specification for configuration.
• Provide quality assurance across solutions and deliverables.

For this role we need someone who at a minimum is a NZ Resident and has been living in New Zealand for a minimum of 5-years.
