Job Description

Are you an experienced EA? Have C-Suite experience? | Ideally start asap til December, supporting a leader one-on-one, within the public sector - must have government experience and worked in a large organisation.

  • Office based in Wellington CBD - potential hybrid once trained
  • Support & work in partnership with an inspiring leader who has a large business unit that sits underneath them. 
  • Demonstrate your government EA experience in this new role!
  • Must be able to work at pace, be reactive to your leaders needs whilst proactive being one step ahead.
Hours, Location and Duration:
  • 37.5 hours per week - Mondays to Fridays
  • Wellington based – Close to public transport options
  • Ideally start ASAP until approx. December 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide EA support to 1 leader
  • Diary & email management
  • Collating, preparing and distributing meeting agendas
  • Travel arrangements
  • Coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Be the point of contact, triaging work accordingly.
  
About you:
  • You don’t sweat the small stuff
  • You must be an experienced EA - who has successfully supported at CE level and truly appreciates partnering with your leader – confidentiality is a given.
  • You are resilient & have strong initiative
  • Tech-savvy
  • You'll relish an extremely busy role to get your teeth stuck into
  • Can understand the priorities and make judgement calls 
  • Must have experience within government - supporting a senior, busy leader.
