Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance engineer in Palmerston North. Step into a hands-on role to take charge of maintaining and improving the electrical systems that keep our clients operation running safely and smoothly. 

About the role:

• Take ownership of daily and long-term E&I maintenance to enhance reliability and minimise downtime
• Respond swiftly to faults, carry out root-cause analysis, and help lead critical system recoveries
• Plan, coordinate and oversee third-party contractors, ensuring safety and standards are never compromised
• Drive improvements in asset care through robust preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Monitor system performance, analyse trends, maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure SAP records are current
