The Role
You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating a wide range of maintenance and project tasks across HV and LV power networks. This role is vital to ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with project managers, field crews, and technical specialists to scope jobs, manage resources, and keep everyone aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and project activities
- Schedule resources and work packages for field crews
- Support project delivery across overhead and underground networks
- Assist with job scoping, risk assessments, and documentation
- Resolve technical issues before they reach the field
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders
- Help drive continuous improvement in work planning and delivery
- Use your technical know-how to lead from behind the scenes and get things done!

- Electrical trade or relevant qualification (heavy current/power industry) – will be preferred
- Previous experience in HV/LV work – e.g., linework, cable jointing, renewable energy or power related. (Hands on experience is preferred)
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
- A good communicator who’s confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Safety-first mindset with a solid understanding of NZ electrical regulations
- NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency (essential)
