Engineering Lead – Factory Mill (Day Shift) | Christchurch
We're on the lookout for an experienced Engineering Lead to join our factory team in Christchurch. This is a full-time, day shift role in a hands-on manufacturing environment where you'll take the lead on maintenance, upgrades, and improvements across machinery and operations.

About the Role: As Engineering Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities
• Planning preventative maintenance schedules
• Troubleshooting breakdowns and overseeing repairs
• Driving efficiency improvements across equipment and processes
• Coordinating with production teams and contractors
• Keeping safety, quality, and compliance top of mind at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical background
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage priorities on the floor
• Someone practical, reliable, and safety-conscious
