What We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced Employee Relations Consultants in Hamilton. You will have a strong background in providing pragmatic ER advice, supporting leaders through complex people matters, and ensuring compliance with NZ employment law. You’ll be confident managing performance, disciplinary and grievance processes, conducting investigations, and coaching managers to build capability.
You’ll be someone who can quickly build rapport, establish credibility with stakeholders, and deliver effective solutions under pressure. It is essential that you have proven experience working across a wide range of employment relations matters within New Zealand.
