About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Chief Nurse, you will be the pivotal communication link between the division and the wider organisation, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality support services.

As Executive Assistant, you will provide expert administrative and executive support to the Directorate and the broader service team, driving operational efficiency and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

You will be the master of the diary and events calendar — managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, navigating corporate tools and programs to enable efficiency and ensuring timely, informed decision-making through proactive briefing and support. Your sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism will be essential, as much of your work involves confidential information.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an executive management support
  • Advanced User of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced report and business writing skills.
    Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing large-scale internal and external events
  • Background in Human Resources, with a solid understanding of the Employment Act and employment contracts
