The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level executive administrative support to the Region Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of daily activities and strategic priorities. This role requires a proactive approach, anticipating the Region Manager's needs and enabling them to focus on key priorities.

Your ability to think strategically and operate with a proactive mindset will set you apart. You will be adept at handling executive-level correspondence, drafting communications, and ensuring seamless coordination of the Region Manager's commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the preparation, collation, and submission of governance and committee papers.
  • Overseeing the secretariat function for key regional committees, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and monitoring action items.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and ensuring smooth logistical planning.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships to facilitate the efficient execution of the Region Manager's work programme.

 

To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:

  • Manage any secretariat function for key regional committees, including setting the programme for the year, preparing agendas, arranging minute taking, implementing actions and monitoring completion of tasks and activities.
  • Manage the Region Manager's travel arrangements, including liaison with the organisation's travel provider, the preparation of travel itineraries and other relevant travel documentation.
  • Draft clear, concise communications (letters, emails, internal/external content) tailored to different audiences.
  • Proofread and edit for clarity, consistency, and alignment with company standards and branding. Maintain and update communication templates for future use.

The salary range for this role is $83,155 - $92,394 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
