This is an exciting temporary opportunity to provide executive support to a senior leader within a dynamic government agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing diaries and schedules, coordinating travel, and prioritising workloads to ensure smooth daily operations.
While the position involves core EA responsibilities, strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to maintain efficiency. You will also collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and the wider team, contributing to a supportive and well-coordinated work environment. Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • A professional yet approachable conduct, complementing the supportive and collaborative working style.
  • Strong team player, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in the public sector is advantageous but not essential, as full support will be provided.
