The Partnerships and Commissions branch is responsible for a diverse portfolio of national institutions, commissions and community-focused services.
The Executive Assistant provides executive, secretarial and administrative support services to the Deputy Secretary (DS). The role is responsible for ensuring all administrative matters are dealt with promptly, efficiently and effectively. The Executive Assistant maintains effective working relationships with key business group stakeholders to support the work of the Deputy Secretary.

- Archives New Zealand
- The National Library of New Zealand
- Ministerial Services
- Hāpai Hapori Community Operations
- Commissions and Inquiries
- Te Ara Tahi Programme
