We are delighted to be partnering with Accessible Properties, a leading social and disability housing provider, to recruit a highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Chief Executive Officer.

They are passionate about helping people settle into homes that suit their needs, providing tenancy services that connect people with their communities, and enabling positive life outcomes.
About the Role:
This is more than a traditional EA position—it’s a critical support role, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO. You’ll be at the centre of Accessible Properties operations, helping to drive alignment, manage communications, and bring clarity and calm to a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-level diary and inbox management – with strong prioritisation and communication skills required
- Drafting and managing internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Preparing board and leadership team packs, agendas, and documentation
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement across the organisation and the sector
- Driving efficiency and structure across the CEO’s office and senior leadership team
- Acting as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and steady presence for the CEO
What We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who is confident, proactive, and adept at understanding and managing interpersonal relationships. Commercially savvy with a passion to work for a purpose lead organisation, you bring experience from senior-level support roles ideally in fast-moving, corporate or evolving environments.
You will:
- Operate calmly under pressure and bring structure to ambiguity
- Write and communicate clearly, with warmth and professionalism
- Confidently represent the CEO with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a natural organiser with strong attention to detail, adept at managing access and priorities
- Build rapport across all levels and influence those around them
- Act as a steady presence and sounding board in a high-trust, high-impact partnership
