About the role
Support a fast-moving facilities team who have recently taken on two more buildings. Work closely with a close-knit team to manage maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and keep internal systems and reports up to date. From logging QR code requests to updating Excel sheets, no two days will be the same — and your ability to stay organised, responsive, and work at pace will make a real difference behind the scenes.

Duties
- Log and respond to incoming maintenance requests
- Manage internal QR code and form-based request systems
- Coordinate with contractors and track progress
- Type up reports and updating Excel sheets
- General administrative support to the wider facilities function
Skills & experience
- Strong admin skills with confidence using Microsoft Office apps
- Proactive, quick to respond and action-focused
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Calm under pressure and happy juggling multiple requests at once
