The Public Sector Finance Graduate Programme is an exciting development opportunity that will kickstart your accounting future!

You'll spend three years developing your accounting, networking and leadership skills, by gaining experience in rotations across a variety of different government agencies. We know there are lots of different pathways that you can follow from accounting, so our programme offers you practical experience across a range of finance/accounting functions that interest you most.

Eligibility:

  • A provisional member of CA ANZ or an Associate Member of CPA
  • Meet the academic requirements to join either the CA ANZ or CPA professional accounting programmes
  • New Zealand or Australian Citizenship or a valid visa (Resident, Permanent Resident, or a 3-year post-study work visa).
  • Available to commence employment in Wellington either Mid-July 2025 or January 2026
