Job Description

Well known and reputable marine company is on the hunt for their new Finance Manager with extensive experience in Xero to join their ever expanding team.

The Role:

  • Monthly financial records and GST returns
  • Credit Control and maintaining debtors ledgers
  • Leading the administration of payroll (PAYE & IRD returns)
  • Day to day running of Xero Project including managing supplier and customer services, project cost coding and monthly reconciliations
  • North Shore office based (on site parking available)
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • Approximately 30 hours per week

About you:

The ideal candidate would be someone of high attention to detail with proven experience in Xero projects as well as managing financial operations. Big part of your skills would need be to have the ability to successfully implement and develop efficient financial systems. The working environment is fast paced, working alongside a tight knit group with a big focus on expansion and continuous excellence. You would need to be highly adaptable and a passion for the marine industry will go a long way in making this your new home.
