Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and support this finance team with care, integrity, and expertise. This is a key leadership role where you will provide strong financial oversight while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
As a Chartered Accountant, and reporting into a fantastic leader, you will bring technical knowledge and a strong understanding of accounting standards. Your ability to stay up to date with industry changes and translate financial insights into actionable strategies will be key to your success.
This role requires a genuine people leader—someone who takes the time to develop their team, provides mentorship, and creates an environment where people feel supported and empowered. Strong financial planning, reporting, and risk management skills are essential, as is the ability to implement and maintain robust processes and controls.
About you:
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience and a strong communicator
- Able to see the bigger picture and drive long term financial success
- Experience in managing day to day financial operations and ensuring financial control
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change in a fast-moving business environment
