Ready to step up from support into broking? OR perhaps you want the variety of both domestic and commercial? This is a full brokering role across domestic + SME clients, with a stable book and strong team.

We’re helping a well-known insurance business on the North Shore find their next Advisor. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite role, supporting a portfolio of existing clients — mainly tradies and small-to-medium business owners. You’ll manage end-to-end brokering across both commercial and domestic  insurance.

About the role:
You’ll be part of a wider team of 9 advisors, working independently to look after your own client portfolio. This is a great role if you’re already working in domestic or SME brokering — or if you’ve been in a support role and are ready to take the lead.
Here’s what the day-to-day looks like:

• Manage your portfolio of SME and domestic clients end-to-end — retention, renewals, advice and everything in between
• Provide great advice and be proactive with cover, options, and client outcomes
• Visit clients when needed (mostly local) — mileage covered by the business
• Stay across product knowledge, providers, and client needs so your advice stays sharp

Who this role is right for:

• You’re Level 5 qualified (essential)
• You’ve got experience in general insurance — either already brokering or looking to step up from a support role
• Comfortable working independently but happy to collaborate with your team
• You enjoy getting out to see clients and building real relationships
• Available to work onsite full-time during business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Clean credit and police record
