About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Financial Adviser with a passion for helping others and a knack for simplifying KiwiSaver. This is a 12-month fixed term role, perfect for someone with their Level 5 qualification (Investment strand) and some solid customer engagement experience under their belt — especially in outbound calling environments.
You'll be connecting with customers to support them in understanding their investment options and making active, informed decisions. It’s a phone-based advisory role that blends financial knowledge, great conversations, and the opportunity to drive real value for our members.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Outbound calls to KiwiSaver customers to offer support and advice within licensed scope
- Explaining investment options clearly and helping members make confident, active decisions
- Logging interactions and follow-ups accurately in internal systems
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial advice regulations
- Working closely with internal teams to keep improving how we serve our customers
- New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (Investment strand)
- Experience giving financial advice, in KiwiSaver
- Strong phone communication and a warm, confident manner
- Previous experience in outbound contact centre or customer-facing financial roles
- A detail-oriented, compliance-conscious mindset
- A genuine desire to support Kiwis in making smart financial moves
- $90,000 salary
