Deliver phone-based customer service and administration tasks across KiwiSaver, Investments, Insurance, Client Services, Risk & Compliance.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re open to a range of experience levels. You could be:
- A finance, business or commerce graduate ready to gain industry experience
- Experienced in financial services — especially in KiwiSaver, investments, or insurance
- Skilled in KYC, AML, onboarding, or regulatory administration
- A capable customer service professional looking to move into financial operations
- Potential immediate start opportunities with competitive hourly rates
- Assignments from 1 to 12 months, offering flexibility
- Valuable exposure to the financial services industry
- Work within supportive and inclusive teams
- Ideal for those seeking career growth, flexibility, or a pathway to permanent roles
