Food Production Operators

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Operator to join their dynamic team. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate who demonstrates excellence and ambition to grow within the company.

Location:  Hamilton

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating food processing machinery and equipment
• Monitoring the production line for quality control
• Packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment to meet hygiene standards
• Following food safety, workplace health, and safety regulations
• Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate has experience in with farming and milk products 
• Experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with automated production line systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ambition to progress within the company and take on greater responsibilities.
