Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Community Health Services Administration team are a dedicated group of admin professionals who support a number of Allied and Nursing Services as part of the Shared Services group. Situated on the ground floor of the hospital opposite the children's ward or found to the left of the main entrance via our newly created ramp and external entrance.
Community Health Services are looking for an experienced administrator who can support the teams ongoing commitment to provide a quality and equitable service for our the departments we support, our patients and the wider CSA team.

The remuneration range for this role is $ 68,903 to $ 76,114 and is covered by the collective agreement: PSA National Health Administration Collective Agreement

Moū - About you
The ideal applicant should possess
- Minimum of one year experience in an administration role, preferably hospital based but a essential
- Proven knowledge of all Windows based applications (Ms Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven knowledge of hospital based systems such as IPMS, Bpac, ACC Gateway and MCP
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise appropriately
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven knowledge of the Privacy Act, and the Health Information Privacy Code
- An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural awareness
