This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a newly created role where you will lead the strategic direction and delivery of critical health, safety and wellbeing portfolios - including enterprise risk, assurance, learning and development, reporting, and systems innovation.
Reporting to the Director Global HSW and working across a large, diverse, and multi-site organisation with international reach, you will have the scope to influence at all levels. Your leadership will bring clarity, alignment, and connection to HSW strategies, systems and capability - all while supporting a high-performing team and building strong partnerships across the business.

- Extensive leadership experience in a highly senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing role, ideally within a large and complex organisation
- A track record of delivering enterprise-wide strategies and programmes across learning, risk, systems, and assurance functions, integrating all HSW aspects
- Strong knowledge of legislative frameworks and emerging HSW trends
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and build credibility across executive, operational, and frontline teams
- Experience designing and implementing integrated health, safety and wellbeing systems and reporting frameworks
- A collaborative and future-focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships
- A tertiary qualification in a related field
- A senior leadership role with real purpose and impact.
