About the opportunity:
Join an outstanding team based in Blenheim as a Graduate Engineer, with paid holiday work and a scholarship for 2024, this role will start full-time in 2025.
This long-established business manufactures world-leading products for the refrigeration sector worldwide while supplying local general engineering solutions including irrigation and marine projects. The role offers comprehensive training in all aspects of engineering including the refrigeration sector for manufacture, installation, maintenance, and more. Its an opportunity to work closely with a passionate team that is involved in the production, sales, and support of products on a local and international scale.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working across the Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel workshops
- Supporting the senior engineers
- Extensive training and development
This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities:
- Currently in the final year of completing a Mechanical Engineering degree
- A dedicated and positive attitude towards self-development
- An interest in establishing a long-term career path
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with strong PC skills
