  • Providing excellent customer service delivery to Veterans, their whānau, to our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating requests, including financial, and travel coordination as required.
  • Contributing to project work and continuous improvement initiatives, as required.

This is a multi-faceted, challenging role with many parts, working in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

You will be a confident, experienced administrator possessing a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. With your energy and drive you will love the challenge of working in this dynamic and fast paced environment. You'll show a high degree of self-motivation and initiative as well as managing your time effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in general and/or financial administration.

  • A genuine desire to deliver and provide positive outcomes for our clients in a timely manner.
  • Debt management experience would be advantageous.
