• Own tools and reliable transport are essential.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications is preferred.
• Great attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Health and safety-conscious, with PPE provided.
