What you'll be doing
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Performing general labouring duties like material handling, site clean-up, and tool maintenance.
- Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with the team to find efficient solutions to challenges that arise on the job.
- Continually learning and developing your skills to become a valuable asset to the company.
- Previous experience as a Hammerhand or in a similar construction labouring role.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with tradespeople and other site personnel.
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
