Job Description

Are you a safety specialist with strong project management skills, systems experience and a proactive, people-first mindset? We’re looking for someone to help our client transform their health and safety approach from compliance focused to engaging, proactive and user-friendly.

Having recently signed off on a new safety system, Donesafe, they are in need of an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to lead the implementation internally. The vendor will bring the technical expertise, your job will be to ensure the system works for the people on the ground; from employees logging incidents to HR teams generating reports.

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in health & safety and systems implementation
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
  • A user-centric mindset, with a focus on what works for the people
  • Comfortable working in multi-site environments and on property-related H&S
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of risks
  • Strong risk analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A drive to move the organisation from compliance focused to a learning and proactive safety culture
