About the role
You will partner closely with the Head of Department, driving safety performance. This business partner role calls for an experienced and confident professional who can manage union engagement, influence cultural change, and embed systems and processes that enhance operational safety.
Duties
You will be expected to lead from the front, working with senior leaders and operational teams to implement strategy, maintain compliance, and lift safety culture across the business.
You will bring strong leadership and technical expertise in health and safety, proven in complex, high-risk and industrial environments. Your ability to communicate effectively and act as a trusted partner will be key to success.
Collaboration, problem-solving and pragmatic leadership are valued here. You will be supported by a committed executive team that views safety as integral to operational success.

- Strong operational leadership experience in high-risk settings
- Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Visible leadership with proven ability to drive initiatives
- Track record of building trusted partnerships with management and staff
