You'll get to step into managing a busy desk that recruits in healthcare that specialises in community health, disability, mental health, aged care and drug rehabilitation.

You’ll be working across the healthcare sector, recruiting nurses, caregivers, and healthcare workers. This is a true end-to-end role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing an established client base in healthcare
• Recruiting and rostering nurses, caregivers, and healthcare staff
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent into healthcare roles
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding your network

What we’re looking for:

• Agency recruitment experience 
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Empathy and Patience, dealing with at risk clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Organised, resilient, and driven to succeed
• A passion for making a real impact in the healthcare sector
