Based in Taupo and reporting to the plant manager, you will provide professional EHS enabling support to the site by implementing and maintaining key systems, policies, and processes to meet EHS goals and ensure compliance with legislation and company standards. The organisation is the perfect size to make change, know each person by their first name and make a difference.
Duties
As the sole HSE professional onsite, you’ll take responsibility for maintaining and documenting ISO 45001 requirements, reviewing and updating safety documentation, and managing environmental compliance requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with all staff is needed. Manufacturing experience is essential.

- Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching and engagement with staff
- Oversee environmental compliance
- Conduct incident investigations and internal audits
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs
