About the role
Provide administration support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team. As the go-to resource for health and safety systems, you will work closely with the operational teams to embed best practice and ensure compliance with legislation. There is opportunity to be involved in and lead projects and initiatives.
Duties
As the first point of contact for staff, you will champion health and safety and proactively play a role in managing HSW across the business.
You will need to be agile and resilient in an environment where growth and change are the norm. With experience in preparing HSW documents and Risk Assessment tools or processes, you will be skilled in collating meaningful information.

Duties

- As part of the Team, create and deliver in-house HSW training
- Report all incidents
- Maintain current, up to date and accurate records
- Provide support to front-line workers, depot managers and supervisors
- Coach and support understanding of the Health and Safety Management System
You will need to be agile and resilient in an environment where growth and change are the norm. With experience in preparing HSW documents and Risk Assessment tools or processes, you will be skilled in collating meaningful information.
- Relevant qualification; minimum Level 4
- Proven experience in a Health and Safety dedicated position
- Able to work autonomously and use initiative
- Some experience in logistics/transportation/supply and distribution is preferred
