  • Lakes is currently looking for House Officer Relievers to provide cover across several different specialities such as;
  • General Medicine
  • General Surgery
  • Orthopaedics
  • Inpatient Psychiatry

About the Team/Service/Location

  • You will join a team of 7 House Officer Relievers within Rotorua Hospital, ranging from PGY2 House Officers and above.
  • Health New Zealand Lakes provides healthcare from its two modern and progressive general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, New Zealand. The Lakes district is well known for its many outdoor recreational activities such as mountain biking, skiing, and fishing. Family friendly beaches are also an hour’s drive away.

About you

  • This role is traditionally filled by post graduate year 2 doctors; thus you must be at least PGY2 to be eligible for this position.
