About the role
Work closely with both the Head of Finance and the People & Culture team in this busy and rewarding role that provides core administrative and reporting support across HR, finance, and health & safety. This is a great opportunity to build on your coordination and reporting skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Duties
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Coordinate documentation for remuneration and incentive reviews
- Administer onboarding/offboarding processes and long service awards
- Generate monthly finance and sales reports
- Assist with health & safety administration as required
- Liaise with payroll, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Use tools including Excel, Adobe Sign, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Team player
