HR Advisor

Seeking a HR Advisor with 3 - 5 years experience in a HR Generalist role for a 3 month temp contract, offering work from home. Great team environment

HR Advisor – Temp contract 3 months approx.

• Working for a local Kiwi Brand
• True Generalist role with ER focus
• Auckland central, hybrid environment WFH 2 days

Looking for a candidate with 3 – 5 years experience as a HR generalist with ER support, coaching leaders and supporting with performance management and basic ER issues.

About the role:

• Auckland central offices, work from home 2 days a week
• Monday – Friday office hours
• $60 – $80 per hour (dependent on experience) 

About you:

You will have worked in a HR Generalist role with broad range of HR skills earned to this point and be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing demands. Change management experience is a plus too.  You have coached and supported your leaders through performance management and basic ER issues, ideally in a Unionised environment.
Initially a 3 month contract approx..
