About the role
Play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR and payroll services to staff and managers across the organisation. You’ll manage recruitment processes and contribute to payroll activities in a complex environment, interpreting multiple collective agreements and ensuring compliance at every step. With a focus on process improvement, you’ll help streamline systems and enhance the employee experience.

Duties
- Support managers through recruitment and onboarding, ensuring all processes are followed
- Prepare employment agreements, offer letters, and associated documentation
- Provide first-line HR and payroll advice, including interpreting employment agreements
- Maintain accuracy and data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Payroll knowledge advantageous, especially with multiple agreements
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to guide managers through processes
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and a true team player
