Establish and Lead HR For A Growing Business. Influence Leadership, Drive Culture Shifts, And Create Meaningful Change. Establish HR processes.

This truly is a dream role for an HR Generalist who is looking for a part time role, you'll:-

Own the HR function: Step into a sole-charge role where you’ll set up processes, craft policies, and support leaders across the entire employee lifecycle.

Lead with impact: Drive change management, navigate cultural shifts, and empower leaders to take their teams on the journey.

Be Hands-on: Manage end-to-end recruitment, handle ER cases like PIPs and disciplinaries, and equip leaders with the tools to succeed. You'll also be comfortable doing the HR admin for your small portfolio.

Flex your hours: Part-time (20-25 hours/week), with the freedom to design your schedule .  2 days in office per week.Initially a 6 month contract, there is potential for the role to become a permanent part time role.

Work Independently: While having access to a wider HR network from an umbrella organisation for backup and collaboration when needed.

A background in Food and Beverage, or Manufacturing would be advantageous.  However, adaptability and a passion for driving change are what truly matter.

A working knowledge of NZ Employment Law as it applies to ER and restructures is vital.  For this reason, overseas candidates need not apply!
