We’re on the lookout for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with managers to provide expert HR guidance and support across employee lifecycle matters
  • Lead initiatives that support workforce planning, performance management, retention, and engagement
  • Advise on complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including our VisaHub business, to support visa-related workforce planning
  • Analyse HR data and trends to develop proactive solutions and strategies
  • Support compliance with employment law, awards, and internal policies
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and workplace practices
  • Confident in handling complex ER/IR cases
  • Experience working with culturally diverse workforces, including migrant and visa-sponsored workers
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • HR-related qualifications are required
  • Union experience is preferred
