What You’ll Do
- Partner with managers to provide expert HR guidance and support across employee lifecycle matters
- Lead initiatives that support workforce planning, performance management, retention, and engagement
- Advise on complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams, including our VisaHub business, to support visa-related workforce planning
- Analyse HR data and trends to develop proactive solutions and strategies
- Support compliance with employment law, awards, and internal policies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and workplace practices
- Confident in handling complex ER/IR cases
- Experience working with culturally diverse workforces, including migrant and visa-sponsored workers
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- HR-related qualifications are required
- Union experience is preferred
