Te Tūranga | The Role
We're looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our high-performing, close-knit People team as an HR Business Partner. This role offers the opportunity to partner with people leaders and employees across a national portfolio, providing expert advice and support that is aligned with our strategic direction.
As a trusted advisor, you'll play a key role in enabling great leadership and a people-first approach to performance, engagement, and culture. This is a broad and varied position, involving everything from day-to-day people support and employee relations to managing cyclical HR processes and contributing to organisation-wide projects.

- A solid background in HR generalist roles at a Business Partnering level, with a strong appreciation for how people practices contribute to business success.
- A commercial mindset paired with a people-centred approach, enabling you to balance organisational goals with employee wellbeing.
- A collaborative style and proven reputation as a trusted advisor who gets things done, manages risk effectively, and influences outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to coach, challenge and support people at all levels.
- Courage, curiosity, and fresh thinking — you're comfortable having honest conversations, introducing new ideas, and building strong, respectful relationships.
