We’re looking for a proactive, people-focusedand experienced HR Business Partnerto join this trusted organisation of 130 employees that prides itself on its collaborative environment. Working primarily onsite, this is your chance to build strong relationships and utilise your HR toolkit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Use your generalist experience to advise and guide people leaders across a diverse range of processes and initiatives.
- Improve, develop and implement People and Capability initiatives that align with the organisation’s strategy.
- Partner with leaders to build and enhance people leadership and workforce capability.
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive P&C team.
About You
You’re not only an experienced HR professional – you’re a people person and a trusted partner who thrives on building relationships. You are collaborative, enjoy working in a values-driven environment and are ready to bring your expertise to the table.
You’ll also bring:
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated generalist experience as a HR/P&C Business Partner.
- Experience leading People & Capability projects and initiatives.
- A proactive mindset and comfort operating at both an operational and strategic level.
