An opportunity has arisen for a newly created HR Business Partner role to join CHT’s collaborative and supportive HR team. Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, the HR Business Partner will support across the full HR remit, with focus on ER, Learning and Development, systems, and guidance to leaders across the Care Homes. A team player, you will be comfortable getting stuck in and offering a helping hand wherever is needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have some if not all, of the following:
- Confidence in taking the lead on a range of ER cases
- Comfortable being both hands on and operational, whilst also bouncing ideas and providing strategic input
- Experience working with Learning & Development systems – Dayforce experience would be ideal
- Experience across the full HR remit including ER, performance management, recruitment and Learning & Development
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to partner with different leaders across the organisation
- Collaborative working style and a real team player
- Experience working as a Senior HR Advisor or a junior HR Business Partner
With a passion for people and a strong ER background, this role is a fantastic opportunity to get stuck in and make a difference in an organisation who are purpose led and making a difference in our communities. There will be a need to travel to the various care homes, building relationships with key stakeholders face to face.
