Duties
- Manage and respond to queries via the People inbox, ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinate and support performance review processes, including data management and facilitation
- Provide recruitment and onboarding support where required
- Maintain accurate HR records and data integrity across systems
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements
Skills & experience
- Proven HR experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working in a high-volume, complex environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-focused
