Job Description
This temporary HR Coordination role is a dynamic and busy position, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. It offers the opportunity to work independently while playing a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes, from posting job listings and conducting interviews to coordinating employee onboarding and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, support performance management, and ensure compliance with New Zealand employment laws.
