Job Description

Are you a collaborative individual with exceptional Excel skills? Do you have a passion for finance and reporting?

About the role:

Our client is seeking an individual for a short-term contract (6 months) to focus on HR and Finance reporting. This part-time role requires 3-4 days a week, specifically Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Their offices are located in Mt.Eden with free parking.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monthly Reporting:

  • People metrics, Health and Safety, Terminations, and other HR-related reports.
  • People Metrics Report
  • Learning Report
  • Leave Report and Follow-Up
  • Southern Cross Report
  • LTI – Branch profit share calculation & distribution
  • Financial report generation for Nationwide demand

Weekly and Quarterly Reporting:

  • BDM sales reporting (weekly)
  • Performance Goals Report (weekly for 4-6 weeks)
  • Performance Review Report (weekly as above)
  • Employee cost centre audit (quarterly)
  • IIP – consolidated in SS & calculation annualised at 100%, quarterly reporting on status
  • Bonus Calculation, quarterly reporting
  • Termination Survey Report (fortnightly)
  • Long Service Report (quarterly)
  • Bright Sparks Report (fortnightly)

Annual Reporting:

  • Talent Review Report
  • Remuneration Letter Rollout
  • Incentive Letter Rollout

Financial Management:

  • F1 & F2 /budget people planning costs
  • Budget P&C managing and reporting – ongoing P&L review
  • Employee GL queries from branches, reconcile GL to payroll

About you:

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Experience in generating reports
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
