Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our client on an Independent Contract and provide specialist support across several key projects. This role will suit someone with strong ER/HR knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
Key Focus Areas:
- Individual Employment Agreement (IEA) Development – Draft new IEAs (based on completed gap analysis) with tailored appendices for each entity.
- HR Manual for Managers – Consolidate two existing versions into one clear, comprehensive manual.
- SharePoint Integration – Work with the SharePoint Coordinator to develop an “HR Chatbot”-style solution to improve accessibility and responsiveness.
- Ad Hoc ER Support – Provide advice and assistance on employment relations matters as required.
About You:
- Proven HR generalist or consulting experience, with a strong understanding of NZ employment legislation.
- Skilled in policy, documentation, and process development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple projects at once.
- Tech-savvy, with experience implementing HR systems or SharePoint solutions (advantageous but not essential).
