Part-Time HR Business Partner – Contract Opportunity
Location: Auckland | Contract Length: 6 months | Hours: 20 hours per week

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time contract? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic organisation and provide valuable support across the People & Culture function.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join a team on a part-time basis. You’ll be supporting the business with generalist HR advice and day-to-day operational needs, including:
- Providing guidance to managers on employment relations matters
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assisting with policy reviews and documentation updates
- Advising on performance and development conversations
- Ensuring compliance with HR practices and employment legislation
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven HR generalist experience
- A sound understanding of NZ employment legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities
- Previous experience in a contract or advisory role is advantageous
