This role is perfect for a strategic HRBP or Senior HRBP who excels in capability building and has a proven track record of influencing and partnering with senior leaders.

About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping capability, culture, and change within the organisation. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior leadership, supporting innovation and transformation through effective people strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Business Partnering – Help shape people strategies with an organisational design mindset, providing thought leadership, and implementing initiatives that enhance business performance.
- Influencing – Partnering closely with executive leaders, delivering expert HR advice, and securing buy-in to drive commercially sound people decisions.
- Learning & Development – Leading capability-building efforts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving high performance across the organisation.
- Employment Relations – Guiding leaders through ER challenges with a values-based approach, ensuring fair and effective resolutions.
- Change Management – Supporting leaders and employees through organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and strong engagement.
- Cyclical HR Activities – Managing processes such as development, performance, and remuneration reviews, engagement surveys.
About You
You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong commercial focus and the ability to influence, partner, and demonstrate the value of HR. Passionate about engagement, capability development, ER, and change management, you naturally build strong relationships, gain buy-in, and shape high-performing teams. With a strategic mindset, you drive meaningful business outcomes while offering pragmatic solutions in complex environments. If you have expertise in Learning & Development or a strong interest in expanding this capability, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact.
