About the Role
Join Gisborne Hospital as an HR Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our healthcare team. In this dynamic role, you will assist with employee relations, and HR administration to ensure smooth hospital operations. You'll work closely with managers and staff, providing guidance on HR processes while contributing to a positive workplace culture. About the Team/Service/ Location
You will be joining a supportive HR team consisting of two HR Business Partners, with the HR Manager based in Hawke’s Bay. In this role, you will work closely with the recruitment and payroll teams to ensure seamless HR operations. For more information on living and working in Tairawhiti click here
About you
The preferred candidate will have;
- 2 or more years Administration Experience in an organisation of scale
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
- computer literate
- Moderate level of fitness to walk around the hospital grounds.
- Proven experience in a role requiring high levels of confidentiality
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Business Studies, and/or equivalent practical experience (not essential)
