Our client – a fast-growing, delivery-centric software development company – is seeking a motivated ICT Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality and proven track record in B2B technology solution selling.

You’ll be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, while playing a key role in shaping customer journeys and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting through to contract close
  • Create compelling proposals, pitch decks and sales collateral
  • Build deep understanding of client needs, goals and business challenges
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery
  • Continuously improve processes using sales analytics and insights

✅ What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in software, consulting, or professional services
  • Strong Auckland network connectivity and ability to open doors in the local tech market
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Deep understanding of modern cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience selling AI-driven or digital transformation solutions will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving and enabling success
